For the first visit to our office payment in full is due for services provided. Thereafter, other arrangements can be made if needed. For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer interest free monthly payment options through our popular dental credit card, CareCredit (see below) as well as Automatic Bank Drafts
We will send you a statement each month reflecting your charges and payments. Most insurance companies will respond to claims within that time frame. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees for services provided by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We accept most traditional/private insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. If you have insurance please bring any dental insurance forms and /or cards with you to your appointment. This will help us expedite your reimbursement. Also please keep us abreast of any changes in insurance carriers.

To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We also will promptly file claims on your behalf for any services rendered. Please keep in mind that dental insurance is structured differently than medical insurance in that there are large variations in co-payments and fee schedule allowances. There is also an annual maximum dollar amount that your insurance company will pay. Dental insurance is similar to medical insurance in that it is a contract between the patient (or employer) and the insurance company. The benefits and maximums are based to a large degree on the premiums which are paid. Decrease benefits typically do not reflect on your best treatment options. Dental insurance was never designed to cover all of your dental needs but rather as an allowance of dollars that may help with some of your costs.
